Chemical Genetics Screening Core
The CGSC is a Core resource for high throughput screening, available to the entire
Washington University Community.
Functioning as a user facility, CGSC provides access to instrumentation,
chemical libraries and expertise in automation and assistance in assay development
for chemical genetics and drug discovery screening.
The CGSC is continuously looking for both users and projects looking to make use of chemical screening.
Libraries Available:
Spectrum Collection: ~2,000 cpnd.
ICCB Known Bioactives: ~500 cpnd.
Maybridge Hit-finder: ~15,000 cpnd.
Screening At CGSC:
The priceing of a screen can be most accurately determined by looking at our full priceing schedule and the examples linked to from that page
For a rapid estimate, a simple cost of $1.50/compound may be used
Many factors will affect pricing, contact us for an estimate on your project.
Our Instruments are also available for non screening operations, Contact us for more information.
